Errors ORA-1408 ORA-14501 Encountered During Upgrade To 11.1.0.7 When Running The Script utlu111s.sql (Doc ID 1367392.1)

Symptoms

During upgrade to 11.1.0.7, when running the script utlu111s.sql the following errors occurred:

Changes

The database was imported from another database during a character-set migration. The source database had been upgraded several times (10.2.0.4 was the latest version when the character-set was migrated).
