Symptoms
The views AQ$WF_CONTROL and AQ$_WF_CONTROL_F are invalidated after a restart of the database.
This behaviour has only been observed since an upgrade of the database from 10.2.0.4 to 10.2.0.5.
The view recompile to a VALID state when accessed.
Changes
Upgrade from 10.2.0.4 to 10.2.0.5.
