ORA-1647 Error Encountered When Using DataPump Export To Export Schema (Doc ID 1371615.1)

Symptoms

You are trying to run a DataPump export job. For some reason, you need to have tablespaces in READ-ONLY mode. You are able to export some schemas with tablespaces set as READ-ONLY but for other schemas the following errors are reported:
