11.2.0.3 Scheduled Job Fails with ORA-27486: Insufficient Privileges

Symptoms
The automatic schedule for the job works well for 11.2.0.2 and lower versions but in this case, affects database 11.2.0.3 version.
When schedule a job with Scheduler, the job fails with
ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job "XXX"."TEST"
ORA-27486: insufficient privileges
A manual run of the job using dbms_scheduler.run_job works without a problem.
Also a scheduled run of the job works when only the default job class is assigned to this job.
