Unable To Download Mobile Client Setup To Local Machine Invalid Username/Password Error (Doc ID 1391959.1)

Symptoms

On : 10.3.0.3.0 version, Installation Issues

When attempting to download the setup for WIN32
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Invalid User Name / Password : XXX


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using MS Internet Explorer, open this URL:
http://HOSTNAME:port/webtogo/admin/console/setup/setuppage.uix

2. click on the setup for Mobile Client from Web togo

3. Put the username and password for the mobile user XXX
