Symptoms
A multi-threaded (pthread) OCCI program which calls an OCI program to connect to Oracle to perform DML, crashes with SIGSEGV (Segmentation fault) after upgrading from 10.2 to 11.2.0.1. The crash happens in __nptl_deallocate_tsd () from /lib/libpthread.so.
The crash only appears to occur on Linux (32/64bit) with the gcc compiler version 4.x.
Changes
The issue reproduces on Oracle version 11.2.0.1 and 11.2.0.3
The issue does not reproduce on Oracle version 11.2.0.2 or 10g
