Symptoms

During database upgrade from 10g to 11g, the following errors are reported:

ORA-06512: at line 12

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at "XDB.DBMS_XDBMIG_UTIL", line 277
ORA-06512: at line 14
