Downstream Capture Aborted with ORA-00600 [2619] and ORA-01280 (Doc ID 1422085.1)

Symptoms

Many Symptoms can be noticed for this problem:

Streams CAPTURE for DOWNSTREAM_CAPTURE abort and the generated trace file shows:

KSV 1280 error in secondary process
ORA-01280: Fatal LogMiner Error.
OPIRIP: Uncaught error 447. Error stack:
ORA-00447: fatal error in background process
ORA-01280: Fatal LogMiner Error.


and / or

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [2619], [42379], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
dbkedDefDump(): Starting incident default dumps (flags=0x2, level=3, mask=0x0)

Current SQL information unavailable - no cursor.

Under other circumstances the error can appears differently in th Alert_SID.log :

RFS LogMiner: Registered logfile [/streams/from_XTRMT4/dwstrm_XTRMT4_1_13609_765478194.arc] to LogMiner session id [52]
RFS[15]: Opened log for thread 1 sequence 13610 dbid 1681702412 branch 765478194
Dumping diagnostic data in directory=[cdmp_20120215141103], requested by (instance=1, osid=15503 (MS00)), summary=[incident=88385].
Use ADRCI or Support Workbench to package the incident.
