ODA (Oracle Database Appliance): OAK Bundle Patch failing on ILOM/BIOS component apply (Doc ID 1427885.1)

Symptoms

Installing the OAK bundle <Patch:13622348>  you are getting the warning as following:

INFO: Patching ILOM and BIOS...
WARNING: IP address 192.24.24.166 unreachable
INFO: Generated temporary ILOM user: iu_qtgqf


and after the ILOM/BIOS version is not updated as following:
