Symptoms


Initial sync using msync.exe with a client device the following error occurs:
 (-12031 oseException(-12031) Received erroneous unencrypted data)

Using a WinCE 5.0 device; created the platform for a sqlite client.

Created and published a simple application using the Mobile Database Workbench.
