Unable To Find Procob Precompilers On One Of The RAC Nodes After Installation (Doc ID 1432893.1)

Symptoms

A new Oracle 11g 11.2.0.2 RAC Database installation with "RAC install type". Installed Oracle 11g 11.2.0.2 Oracle Client on the top of the Oracle Database home (64-bit) in order to get the Precompilers.

Installation went well but not able to find procob and rtsora on one of the 2 node RAC cluster after installing of the precompilers and examples.  They are on one node but not the other.
