ORA-00600 [kcfccfl_1] or ORA-00600 [kccccfl_1] or ORA-02236 when Creating Control File (Doc ID 1434813.1)

Symptoms

Unable to create control file using following statement:

SQL> CREATE CONTROLFILE REUSE DATABASE "R11202" NORESETLOGS NOARCHIVELOG
2 MAXLOGFILES 16
3 MAXLOGMEMBERS 3
4 MAXDATAFILES 100
5 MAXINSTANCES 8
6 MAXLOGHISTORY 292
7 LOGFILE
8 GROUP 1 '/opt/oracle/oradata/R11202/redo01.log' SIZE 50M BLOCKSIZE 512,
9 GROUP 2 '/opt/oracle/oradata/R11202/redo02.log' SIZE 50M BLOCKSIZE 512,
10 GROUP 3 '/opt/oracle/oradata/R11202/redo03.log' SIZE 50M BLOCKSIZE 512,
11 -- STANDBY LOGFILE
12 DATAFILE
13 '/opt/oracle/oradata/R11202/system01.dbf',
14 '/opt/oracle/oradata/R11202/sysaux01.dbf',

For 10.2 Database, you receive:

For 11.1 to 11.2.0.2 Databases, you receive:

CREATE CONTROLFILE REUSE DATABASE "R11201" NORESETLOGS NOARCHIVELOG

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01503: CREATE CONTROLFILE failed
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kccccfl_1], [], [], [], [], [], [],[], [], [], [], []


For 11.2.0.3 Database, you receive:

DATAFILE
*
ERROR at line 12:
ORA-02236: invalid file name
