Symptoms

 The import process takes more time and the process waits in every instance before it completes. 

Changes

This issue is observed after aq_tm_processes has been set to 0. The trace file shows:

WAIT #41614637941648: name: 'streams: RAC waiting for inter instance ack'
{ select name from v$active_services where lower(name) = lower(:1)

KSXPLOOKUP: kjxgnqry failed KSXP 7.1.0QMNC 10 7
