Symptoms
The shared pool has high memory allocations of type KGLHD as shown by v$sgastat
or in heapdumps of the shared pool.
Buildup of this allocation leads to excessively high memory usage and may lead to an ORA-4031 error in the shared pool.
Flushing of the shared pool does not resolve the problem.
