Symptoms

The 'rootupgrade.sh' script fails on node1 and node2 but not on node3

rootcrs_<node1>.log (under cfgtoollogs/crsconfig dir):

However, Oracle Clusterware's OHAS and CSSD processes are running on the nodes that 'rootupgrade.sh' failed (check this using 'crsctl check crs' which should list 'Oracle High Availability Services is online' and 'Cluster Synchronization Services is online')
