Symptoms
The 'rootupgrade.sh' script fails on <node1> and <node2> but not on <node3>
However, Oracle Clusterware's OHAS and CSSD processes are running on the nodes that 'rootupgrade.sh' failed (check this using 'crsctl check crs' which should list 'Oracle High Availability Services is online' and 'Cluster Synchronization Services is online')
