Data Pump Export Hangs When Backing Up To An ACFS Filesystem (Doc ID 1437997.1)

Symptoms

You are attempting to perform a data pump  export (expdp) to an ACFS volume.
You have followed <Document 948187.1> and the volume has been checked and confirmed to be configured correctly as a General Purpose volume, but the export constantly hangs after creating a 4k dumpfile on the ACFS mount.

When querying dba_datapump_jobs, the status of the job is hung at DEFINING
