Purpose
Learn how to log an Engineered System Service Request using Oracle Configuration Manager (OCM).
PLEASE NOTE that use of OCM is no longer required for Platinum or non-Platinum Engineered Systems Service Requests (SRs).
It is strongly recommended to follow the SR submission approach described in Logging an Engineered System Hardware Service Request (Platinum or non-Platinum) using a Serial Number (Doc ID 2751868.1).
