Purpose
This note is part of multiple notes describing the NLS settings for Oracle Database Gateways.
Scope
As discussed in the previous documents HS_LANGUAGE defines the character set that is used for communication between the gateway and the foreign database.
This document will discuss the TERRITORY setting and its impact on decimal numbers - other NLS related can be found in the gateway NLS <Document 230239.1>.
