Symptoms

 During an online redefinition (DBMS_REDEFINITION) one or both of the following errors occur

ORA-23413: table "<schema>"."<original table name>" does not have a materialized view log
ORA-12034: materialized view log on "<schema>"."<original table name>" younger than last refresh
