ODA (Oracle Database Appliance): How to Remove the Old ORACLE_HOME After Upgrade (Doc ID 1459420.1)

Goal

 Upgrading to ODA (Oracle Database Appliance) 2.2 (with the option '--database' )the Oracle software 11.2.0.3 will be installed and the previous ORACLE_HOME is kept. Once you have upgraded your databases to 11.2.0.3 you may want to remove the previous ORACLE_HOME  (i.e.: 11.2.0.2). The aim of this bulletin is provide the steps. Best practice is to keep old home for a while after a successful upgrade.
