Read Only Permission on Archive Logs when Using DNFS (Doc ID 1463139.1)

Symptoms

When archive log destination is using DNFS, Oracle creates the archives with READ ONLY permissions.
All other database files have correct permissions.

The problem is seen only when using DNFS .

Impact: Not able to delete manually the archivelogs as a result of being in READ ONLY mode. (when RMAN is not used )
