RDBPROD: Possible cause of %RMU-F-NOEXTLMNOENA, cannot extract AIJ file, after enabling LOGMINER (Doc ID 1465715.1)

Symptoms

NOTE: The data used below (MF_PERSONNEL) is part of the Oracle Supplied Data, It is not an actual PRODUCTION or Customer Data.  It is solely for testing and purposes to only.

A new MF_PERSONNEL database is created. The following RMU statements create AIJ's then enable AIJ and Logminer:

The unrecoverable database warning is gone. The message "Logminer is enabled" appears after the first AIJ backup.
