Unable To Install Webtogo Client In Cloned Environment (Doc ID 1465990.1)

Symptoms

Attempts to install a Webtogo client in a cloned Mobile Field Services environment running Oracle Database Lite 10.3.0.3 fail with invalid username password when executing the client setup.

Server side synchronization traces will contain the following error information:

log9: Unable to interpret the key file!
log9: java.io.IOException: Invalid or corrupted key file
log9: at oracle.lite.security.OLiteRSA.decrypt(Unknown Source)
log9: at oracle.lite.dm.AccessChecker.loadKeys(Unknown Source)
