On : 11.1.0.0.0 version, Mobile Server

When attempting to the repwizard during the DMS 11GR1 installation
the following error occurs.

\Common was unexpected at this time.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install JDK 1.6.0_33
2. Install Weblogic 10.3.5.
3. Install DMS 11GR1
