Symptoms

PLSQL shared memory segment is running out of memory.

User PLSQL applications may see one of these errors:

"ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate N bytes"

"TTAgeSga: Error 4031 Aging Shared Memory"

"ORA-44203: timeout waiting for lock on cursor"
