Symptoms
1) ACFS filesystems are not being mounted after reboot the RAC nodes.
2) Every time node is rebooted, "acfsroot install" needs to be run manually to mount the ACFS file system, because "ASMCMD> volinfo -a" shows the following:
3) If CRS is restarted using “crsctl stop crs & crsctl start crs”, the ACFS filesystems are automatically mounted without problem.
