Symptoms
A Streams Capture process, which has been running in Combined Capture and Apply mode (CCA) aborted and on restart is looking to restart from the first_scn rather than the required_checkpoint_scn.
As per the diagnostic analysis in <Note 313279.1> all the archived redo logs from the required_checkpoint_scn onwards are available on disk.
