Symptoms
On : 12.1.2 version of MFS
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

During install of MFS Client its getting stuck at the sync stage
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the install to complete successfully in a timely manner
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Install MFS client
2. during sync stage the install is stuck
