Symptoms

On : 11.1.0.0.0 version, Issues affecting all clients

When attempting to synchronize the mobile client for SQLITE
the following error occurs.

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20006: Unrecognized device type:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install a new Mobile Server 11G or Upgrade from OMS 10.3.0.3.0 TO ODMS 11GR1
2. Synchronize the mobile client for SQLITE
