Ora-28511 Error on a Select after 3 minutes Using Dg4ODBC (Doc ID 1494888.1)

Symptoms

A select using the 11.2.0.3 Database Gateway for ODBC (DG4ODBC) gives an ORA-28511 error after several rows are returned and 3 minutes have elapsed. The following errors are shown in a gateway debug trace file -

HS: RPC error reported on agent, XfrBigBuffer: _xfr_opaque for bigbuf_horrhb; NCR code 1004

HS: RPC error reported on agent, FetchRowCallbOut: HoadaTransfer for list_horsaoQ; NCR code 1004

HS: RPC error reported on agent, ReceiveFetchRow: ncrosou_send_out_args; NCR code 3010
