Exadata: IORM Setting Page Contains Many Databases No Longer In Existence (Doc ID 1496968.1)

Goal

In 12c Cloud Control console under the IORM setting page, there are "databases" listed that do not seem to correspond to actual running databases on the Database Compute nodes.

These have the name of DBUAxxxxx where xxxxx are numbers.

What are these, and how do you get rid of them?
