When attempting to change an Oracle user's password, the attempt segfaults and an error resembling the following is seen:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [audios()+219] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x545708F] [Address not mapped to object] []
