Deploying OEM Plug-In For TimesTen On Exalytics Fails With Error: "The agent did not recognize the supplied credentials" (Doc ID 1502880.1)

Oracle TimesTen In-Memory Database - Version 11.2.2.2.0 to 11.2.2.3.0 [Release 11.2]

Symptoms

Environment includes two separate Linux servers:  Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) and OEM Console are installed on a standalone server and TimesTen and OEM Agent are installed on Oracle Exalytics.
When attempting to deploy the OEM Plugin for TimesTen, the error listed below is encountered:

Error: "The agent did not recognize the supplied credentials"

Other errors observed in the OEM Console on this environment included:

"The agent did not recognize the supplied credentials" when attempting to test Preferred Credentials.

"The agent did not recognize the supplied credentials" when attempting to deploy an OEM plugin (e.g. TimesTen plugin 2.2).

Additionally, the OEM Agent Logs (emagent.trc) shows:

ERROR Authentication: Error obtaining NMO's child PID
WARN  Authentication: nmo binary in current oraHome doesn't have setuid privileges !!!
ERROR Authentication: altNmo binary doesn't exist ... reverting back to nmo
