Symptoms
- When result_cache_mode is set to Force, many sessions start waiting on 'latch free' and appear to hang
For example, the following may appear to hang : - Trace shows that the blocking latch is 'Result Cache: RC Latch' in the PROCESS STATE header
- The call stacks and the involved sql matches <Bug 12778309> which is a duplicate of <Bug 12658411>
Applied Patch for <Bug 12658411>, but still the problem occurs.
