Oracle RAC Install: Runcluvfy.sh Fails With PRVF-5436 When Using NTP.CONF On Solaris 11 (Doc ID 1511006.1)

Symptoms

Installing Oracle RAC 11.2.0.3, running on Solaris 11 64 bit platform, the following error occurs during install

NTP daemon slewing option check failed on some nodes
PRVF-5436 : The NTP daemon running on one or more nodes lacks the slewing option "'slewalways yes' & 'disable pll'"
Result: Clock synchronization check using Network Time Protocol(NTP) failed
PRVF-9652 : Cluster Time Synchronization Services check failed
