How to Manually Enable the Patch for Bug 14373728 on Oracle 11g Release (Doc ID 1537496.1)

This note gives the post-upgrade steps for manually implementing the patch for <Bug 14373728> if compatability is not set to 11 or higher.

The patch for <Bug 14373728> has been included in version  and is applied automatically during upgrade to if users set the compatibility to 11 or higher before starting the upgrade.  However, if compatiblity is set lower than 11, the steps will need to be done manually.
