Solution
 Step 1:  Logon to Enterprise Manager Cloud control with the privileged user (i.e. sysman)
 Step 2:  Open "Patches and Updates"
 Step 3:  Search for the patch number you want to apply
 Step 4: Create a plan
 Step 5: Open the plan
 Step 6: Provide necessary information in the Deployment Options step 
 Step 7: Validate or Analyze the plan to check the conflict
 Step 8: Resolve conflicts
 Step 9: Once all conflicts are resolved, Review and Deploy the original patch and conflict resolution replacement patch(es)
