Symptoms
Database Instance crashed with the following errors
error 63999 detected in background process
ORA-63999: data file suffered media failure
ORA-01114: IO error writing block to file 36 (block # 2667902)
ORA-01110: data file 36: '+<DGNAME>/<DB_NAME>/datafile/gc.257.753999919'

You have the following checks:
a. dbv on datafiles did not give any block corruption
b. RMAN validate reported zero corrupted blocks
c. OS logs did not report any IO errors
d. ASM alert logs also shows good and diskgroups were mounted
e. Diskgroup check did not dismount the diskgroup
