When installing Secure Enterprise Search on a server that reports a large number of CPUs it failes due to database process limit errors,

The installaction log file may contain errors similar to this,

Executing: /u01/app/oracle/SES/seshome/bin/sqlplus /nolog

ORA-00020: maximum number of processes (%s) exceeded

This is causing subsequent actions to fail though they are often reported as succeeding during the silent install processing.
