While running DBUA to upgrade software from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.3, during post upgrade steps, get error message

ORA-17502: ksfdcre:4 Failed to create file
+VORTEX/masterdb/parameterfile/spfile.1376.814028241
ORA-15046: ASM file name
'+VORTEX/masterdb/parameterfile/spfile.1376.814028241' is not in single-file creation form
