Placement Into Tablespaces of Interval Partitions Are Not Round Robin

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Interval partitioned table is created with a list of tablespaces in the STORE IN clause:
INTERVAL ...STORE IN (tbs1, tbs2, tbs3)
but the actual interval partitions created are not placed into the above tablespaces in a round robin fashion.
