Symptoms

Rereading datafile 10 header failed with ORA-01210
Abort recovery for domain 0
Errors in file <Database Trace Directory>/<Database Name>_ora_42860596.trc:
ORA-01122: database file 10 failed verification check
ORA-01110: data file 10: '+DATA_01/<database Name>/datafile/file1.446.777899091'
ORA-01210: data file header is media corrupt

Corrupt block relative dba: 0x02800001 (file 10, block 1)
