Purpose

 If you plan to use the Oracle Shared Servers (formerly MTS) with Oracle 10g, then you will need to consider increasing the ASTLM and BIOLM quotas beyond the values given above. Failure to do so can lead to problems with Dispatcher processes entering RWAST when they exceed their ASTLM or BIOLM quota.
