In the Summary the 'Last Refreshed' date is not updated e.g.

Query summary is calculated using the data logged over last 7 days.
Last Refreshed <this date does not update>

A check of the Summary Stats job in the SES database shows that it is failing with EQG-50001/ORA-19008 errors.
