ODA : Oakcli show version does not show supported version Up-to-date

Information in this document applies to any platform.
There are some situations when infrastructure is not upgrade or at latest version of the patch bundle, in this situation "Supported Version" for some component does not show "Up-to-date" .
This situation might occure in following 3 cases.
CASE 1 :
oakcli update -patch <patch_bundle_version> --infra fails during the upgrade.
Syntax for version 126.96.36.199
./oakcli update -patch 188.8.131.52.0 --infra
CASE 2 :
Hardware change for which latest Firmware is not applied.
Reading the metadata. It takes a while...
