Goal

 Executing the following:

select distinct CBS_CODE, NAAM, 'Automatisch gegenereerd' from dino_lgr.LGR_MAP_NL_WATERSCHAP gis where SDO_RELATE(gis.shape,mdsys.sdo_geometry(2001,NULL,mdsys.sdo_point_type(217940,441923,NULL),NULL,NULL),'mask=ANYINTERACT querytype=WINDOW') = 'TRUE'

Intermittently, results in ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [mdrtst()+6971] error.
