DB instance resources sequence in crsctl stat res output mismatches with olsnodes -n (Doc ID 1580894.1)

Symptoms

A four node RAC having database created with 4 instances. The DB instance resources are not listed in sequential order. Node number and host name is not matching in CRSCTL output.

$crsctl stat res -t
