Oracle Big Data Appliance "mammoth -p" upgrade to V2.* Hangs during Step 12 while Executing Oozie Worflow Sample (Doc ID 1581317.1)

When upgrading Oracle Big Data Appliance (BDA) to V2.*, "mammoth -p" hangs during Step12 .

As part of upgrade/install mammoth(in step 12) kicks of a Oozie workflow with 6 MapReduce jobs to run in parallel  and then waits  for all jobs to finish as specified by the workflow.

Job Tracker UI shows there are 2 Jobs with 100% Map Tasks but yet to complete and 4 Jobs waiting to be executed.
