Intermittent Client Side Deadlocks Using ODP.NET and Instant Client Involving a LoaderLock Operation (Doc ID 1585352.1)

Symptoms

Intermittent Client Side Thread Deadlock with ODP.NET and Instant Client Binaries.

One of the threads involved in the deadlock is a LooaderLock Call. i.e. ntdll!LdrLockLoaderLock


NOTE: This is specifc to using ODP.NET with the Instant Client Binaries and does not impact a full client installation
