Symptoms

 Extracting a table definition with DBMS_METADATA.GET_DDL is failing with:

SQL> select dbms_metadata.get_ddl('TABLE','SYS_IOT_OVER_5261',null) FROM DUAL;
ERROR:
ORA-31603: object "SYS_IOT_OVER_5261" of type TABLE not found in schema "SYS"
